Action Needed to Stop WHO Power Grab to Mandate Vaccines & Censor Free Speech
Dear NVIC Advocacy Team Members,
It’s hard to imagine that International Health Regulations adopted by the World Health Organization (WHO) could so negatively compromise our personal rights in our own hometowns and states here in the United States of America, but that is exactly the threat we are facing if we all don’t take action now.
The WHO will vote at the end of May of 2024 on amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) to greatly expand its authority during pandemics. The WHO wants to be able to require vaccines, tracking, medical exams, and censor public speech about risky research, vaccines, lockdowns, and quarantines.

The clock is ticking, and the current administration is alarmingly in solid support of these proposed health regulations where our nation would give up our sovereignty.
We collectively have to request action from three groups of our elected officials in order to protect our freedoms and civil liberties: our state legislators, governors and attorney generals, and U.S. Senators.
ACTION NEEDED NOW
1) Contact your state Representative and Senator and ask them to file and pass a bill like Louisiana SB 133 which would protect state sovereignty from WHO public health orders implemented under any International Health Regulations or treaties. This bill was passed unanimously in a bi-partisan fashion in the Louisiana Senate 37:0 on 3/26/2024 and currently sits in committee in the Louisiana House.
2) Contact both the Governor and Attorney General in your state and ask them to publicly affirm that your state will NOT comply with orders coming from the World Health Organization.
3) Contact your two U.S. Senators and ask them to support S.444 - the “No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act”, and demand that all World Health Organization treaties be presented to the United States Senate, as required by the U.S. Constitution. See if your Senators are co-sponsors here, and if they are, thank them for cosponsoring S.444.
