Q: How do I unsubscribe and unregister my login?
When you unregister your account, your login is disabled, your personal information is no longer accessible, and you will no longer receive subscription emails from NVICAdvocacy.org.
If you are logged in, take the following steps to unregister your account using the Edit Your Profile page under the Members menu:
- On the Edit Your Profile page,. click on the Edit Profile link at the bottom of the Edit Your Profile section
- On the Profile page, click the Manage Account tab and review the Email Address value under the Account Settings section
- Click the Unregister button and confirm when prompted
If you have forgotten your username or password and you want to unregister your account, please use the Unsubscribe page to email us to request that we manually unregister you. Please let us know your full name, email address, mailing address, and your reason for unregistering.
Q: What to do if no verification email received?
Please use the Members >> Contact Us form to ask us to resend your verification email or we might just manually verify your account. Please include your full name, email address, and mailing address that you registered so that we can locate your account.
Q: How to enable a previously unregistered account?
Please use the Members >> Contact Us form to ask us to reenable your account. Please include your full name, email address, and mailing address that was previously registered so that we can locate your account.
Q: How do I reset my password?
When you attempt to login you can click on Reset Password link, or just click this link Reset Password. On the new page that is displayed, please specify your account's email address in the appropriate field, and click the Reset Password button. A link to reset your password will be sent in an email to the email address associated with your account.
