This bill requires health care facilities to allow a patient to see visitors under certain circumstances and requires health care facilities to establish visitation policies.  These policies include, but are not limited to, prohibiting health care facilities from requiring a visitor to show proof of vaccination or immunization status.

NVIC supports prohibiting requiring proof of vaccination to visit someone in a health care facility.  NVIC does not take a position on the sections that are not related to vaccines.
