LD 272/HP 205 has been introduced and is sponsored by Representative Patricia Hymanson.  This bill is also cosponsored by cosponsored by Senator BREEN and Representatives GATTINE, HEAD,  MALABY,  PERRY and VACHON.   

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Education to adopt rules requiring that students 11 years of age or older and under 20 years of age receive meningococcal meningitis immunizations. - text, status and history
