S2520 establishes the "New Jersey No Patient Left Alone Act" that requires certain facilities to establish policies guaranteeing visitation rights for facility residents. This bill would affect community residences for developmentally disabled, hospices, LTC facilities, and veterans’ homes to establish visitation policies which include not asking guests to disclose their vaccination status.
