This bill prohibits in discrimination in employment and public accommodations on the basis of an individual’s immunization status.

The bill adds immunization status to multiple existing statutes that prevent discrimination based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, religious creed, color, national origin, or disability of a person.
