UPDATE: 5/27/2022 - SB 350 died after failing to move in the 2022 session which ended on 5/27/2022.
UPDATE: 6/15/2021 - SB 350 failed to have a hearing in 2021, however bills can carry over from odd to even years in OK.
UPDATE: 2/1/2021 - SB 350 was referred to the Senate Health and Human Services Committee on 2/1/2020.
SB 350 is scheduled to be introduced on 2/1/2021 and is sponsored by Senator Hamilton.
This bill would enact a new law that no child shall be required to receive any immunization as a condition of admittance to any public, private or parochial school. Such school shall not use any coercive means to compel immunization.
