The governor of Missouri issued EO 21-10 on 10/28/2021. It requires state executive branch entities to cooperate with the Missouri Attorney General on litigation filed against federally imposed COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
The executive order prohibits state executive branch entities from compelling an individual to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in response to a federal mandate. It also prohibits any penalty against the individual or a business, if the individual objects to the vaccine based on a sincerely held religious belief or for medical reasons.
