Description:

The governor of Oregon issued Executive Order No. 21-29 on 8/13/2021. It requires individuals who directly work for the state’s executive branch, or who provide goods or services to the state’s executive branch, to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The state’s executive branch is expected to make reasonable accommodations for individuals unable to be vaccinated due to a disability, qualifying medical condition, or sincerely held religious belief.

 

The order states that entities within the executive branch must meet the minimum standards provided by the order. They are not prohibited from implementing anything more stringent.
