SB 1398 has been introduced and is sponsored by Senators Senators Dalessandro, Pancrazi; Representatives Cardenas, Gonzales: Senators Farley, Hobbs; Representatives Benally, Fernandez, Gabaldón, Saldate and Velasquez.  The bill has not moved since being introduced on 2/3/2015. 

The bill removes the ability of a parent who does not vaccinated their children to be a foster parent. 

I.  The division shall not require a foster parent to immunize the foster parent's natural or adoptive children as a condition of foster home licensure.
