CALL CALIFORNIA ASSEMBLY NOW: VOTE NO ON SB 277 and SB 792

DO NOT MAKE CALIFORNIA A FORCED VACCINATION STATE

Dear California NVIC Advocacy Team Members and Friends,

Please stop what you are doing and pick up your phone right now to make one simple but crucial phone call to your California State Assembly Member.  Your action is needed immediately if you want to maintain control of your family’s vaccination choices.

Legislators are scheduled to do their final voting this morning on a bill in the California Assembly, SB 277, that prohibits your child from attending public or private school if you as a parent decide to delay or decline state mandated vaccines for your child.

Legislators are also voting on a bill, SB 792, that that requires vaccination as a condition of employment for day care workers. This sets a dangerous precedent for employer based vaccine mandates in California for adults! The hearing for SB 792 is Tuesday June 30th in the Assembly Committee on Health (http://ahea.assembly.ca.gov/hearings).

Your Assembly Member needs to hear this message today loud and clear:

VOTE NO ON SB 277 and SB 792.

SB 277 will not make me vaccinate my kids, it will instead deny my kids an education. I can’t homeschool.

SB 792 will not make me get vaccinated, it will instead prevent me from ever working in childcare.

DO NOT MAKE CALIFORNIA A FORCED VACCINATION STATE.
