Description:

UPDATE 5/28/2017: HB 120 died after the bill failed to gather enough to support to have a hearing.
UPDATE 2/15/2017: HB 120 was referred to the House Committee on Public Health on 2/13/2017.

HB 120 was introduced on 11/14/2016 and is sponsored by Rep. Sarah Davis.  This bill would remove the current language in state law that allows for exemptions to required vaccinations for school for reasons conscientious and religious belief and would replace it with non-medical reasons.
