This bill requires licensed long-term care facilities to offer influenza vaccinations for its health care workers and other employees with direct contact with patients. Such vaccinations shall be offered every year at the facility itself, subject to the availability of the vaccine. Each facility shall maintain a record of a signed statement from each health care worker and employee stating that he or she has been offered the vaccination and has either accepted or declined it.
