UPDATE: HB 1529 failed to move forward and died. 

HB 1529 was introduced on 2/2/2015 and referred to the rules committee.  This bill is sponsored by Representative Nollan.  The bill as introduced does nothing.  This is what is called a "shell" bill.  It could be amended and start to move.  The bill needs to be watched for any amendments that would restrict or remove exemptions to vaccination. 

The description of this bill states - Schools; clarifying language relating to immunizations; effective date.
