SB 1268 has been introduced and is sponsored by Senator Andrea Dalessandro. This bill would eliminate the current law that allows a parent to foster children without having their natural or adoptive children vaccinated by removing the following:
I. The department
shall not require a foster parent to immunize the foster parent's natural or
adoptive children as a condition of foster home licensure.
